Getting Started
You can login to your remote therapist account using the credentials provided in your onboarding email at https://clinic.phyxuphealth.com/login. If there are any login issues, please direct questions to support@phyxuphealth.com.
Upon login, you will be directed to the RTM Dashboard, where you can view the list of patients assigned to you.
You are expected to check the platform at least once per day to see whether any new patients have been added to your care. Please be sure to review the onboarding manual sent to your email, as well as the PhyxUp Health section of this document, to understand the platform features and your responsibilities on the dashboard before monitoring patients.
Note: If you support patients across multiple clinics, always confirm that you are viewing the correct clinic dashboard before reviewing or interacting with patient data.
Daily Tasks
Each day, you are expected to log in to the PhyxUp platform to review patient updates, add monitoring time, and complete patient interactions. Below is a general checklist of daily tasks:
Note: This checklist is not a comprehensive list of daily tasks. Some items may not be necessary on certain days (e.g., monitoring when no patient has uploaded new data), and additional tasks may be required as needed (e.g., reporting changes in patient symptoms).
Patient Privacy and HIPAA Compliance
As a remote therapist, you are required to comply with HIPAA guidelines. All patient information, including health data and communications, must be kept confidential and handled securely at all times.
Patient data should only be accessed through approved PhyxUp Health systems and used solely for the purpose of providing care. Do not share patient information with unauthorized individuals or through unsecured channels.
Maintaining patient privacy is a critical part of your role and helps ensure trust, compliance, and quality care.
