Chatting with Patients

The chat feature allows remote therapists to communicate with patients for routine check-ins, call scheduling, and information delivery. It can be accessed by clicking the Chat icon at the top of the screen, next to the remote therapist’s name.

When you open a patient dashboard, the platform will automatically generate suggested messages for patients who have not been contacted in over one week.

Note: To activate chat for a patient, the remote therapist must send the first message. Patients cannot initiate chat conversations until this initial message has been sent.

Note: Patients should never be contacted using personal phone numbers. All text based communication must be sent exclusively through the PhyxUp Health chat feature.
