Billing E-Signature

Billing reports are generated near the end of each month or at the beginning of the following month once they have been approved by the platform and are ready for review.

When a billing report is available, you will receive a pop-up notification upon logging in to the platform. Please review the report carefully and complete the E-Signature as soon as the notification appears. Timely completion of this step is critical to ensure billing can be submitted without delay.

If you experience any issues with or if a billing report has not been generated for an extended period, use the support chat located in the bottom right corner of the screen or contact support@phyxuphealth.com.

CMS Regulations for RTM

In order to bill for RTM services, providers must follow strict requirements to maintain compliance with CMS regulations. Key requirements to keep in mind include

  • A minimum of 20 minutes of monitoring time per patient per month
  • Conducting at least one phone call with patient per patient per month
  • At least 16 days of patient data transmission
  • No monitoring time should be recorded when no patient data has been uploaded

Please ensure that your monitoring activities remain compliant with these requirements at all times.

If a patient has not uploaded data for an extended period, such as more than one week, refer to the Patient Interaction (Call) and Patient Interaction (Chat) sections for guidance on how to check in with the patient and encourage platform engagement.
